Somit ist das Mittelmeer besonders auch für Taucher ein beliebtes und bevorzugtes Ziel. Der Tauchsport erfreute sich in den vergangenen Jahren eines boomartigen Zuwachses, was sich natürlich auch in den Zahlen des steigenden Tauchtourismus am Mittelmeer niederschlägt.
